The Golden Table is the most exclusive and refined way to “experience” our restaurant.

Our best table, a dedicated mise en place and a 5-course tasting menu of your choice are the elements that make this experience perfect for impressing, celebrating special occasions or experiencing unforgettable moments.

To emphasize its exclusivity, note that we make it available only one per service.

The Golden Table experience is offered at a price of 119€ per person (drinks excluded) and is available only for 2 people.

Exclusive Experience

Have you ever fished a bottle of Champagne from a river?

We are almost certain the answer is NO!

From today, you can do it with us with our Mystery Champagne Experience.

Here is what awaits you:
- A table overlooking the river on our wonderful terrace.
- A dinner for two with our Composition Duet formula (two courses of choice for each diner, dessert excluded)
- A bottle of mysterious Champagne.

All at the price of 119€ per person (238€ total).

Once seated, we will let you fish directly from the river your Mysterious Champagne bottle which will then be served at the table in Etoilè Sparkle Xtreme glasses for a high-level tasting experience.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
We have selected from our menu 25 different champagne labels with selling prices from 70 to 260 euros for a total of 70 bottles and an overall value exceeding 7000€ (average of about 100€ per bottle).
Half of these bottles with a selling price under 100€ and the other half with a selling price equal to or over 100€.

Starting from May 27th and until August 30th for 14 consecutive weeks from Tuesday to Saturday each evening at dinner we will make available only one Mystery Champagne Experience to which one of the 70 bottles of Champagne will be associated according to a predefined and obviously secret schedule (but you can consult it if you wish at the end of the dinner to verify that the bottle you found was really the one associated with the evening).
You will always pay 100€ for your bottle of Champagne (already included in the total dinner fee of 238€) regardless of which one you find inside the Mystery Box that you fish from the river.

Special Promotion

The Terroir experience was born from the deep sense of gratitude we feel for this rich and generous land that offers us extraordinary raw ingredients. With respect and humility, we transform them into dishes designed to stir your emotions.

This experience aims to highlight some of the finest products of our territory, such as freshwater fish and wines from our surrounding hills.

The experience includes our three-course tasting menu Correnti (inspired by the river) with dessert, paired with 5 wines, at the special price of €99 per person instead of €138.

For those who wish, a version with 4 courses plus dessert and a 6-wine pairing is also available at €119 per person instead of €158.

The Terroir promotion is available for dinner on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and for lunch on Saturday, excluding holidays and holiday eves.

Exclusive Package - Dinner & Overnight Stay

The magic of La Chiusina and Regia Rosetta Royal Rooms come together to create a super exclusive experience perfect for those who are not satisfied and want the utmost in romance, in a refined, elegant and private setting.

“One Thousand and One Nights” includes a dinner at La Chiusina with the exclusive Golden Table experience and followed by an overnight stay with breakfast in one of the Spa Suites of Regia Rosetta located on the upper floor.

The experience is available subject to the availability of both facilities and is offered at a price of 245€ p.p. (490€ total).

Il menù non comprenderà ovviamente i nostri grandi classici ma verrà costruito partendo dai nuovi piatti e sarà ovviamente a sorpresa.
